Absheron Technical Services (MMC) is a service company working in Azerbaijan and Georgia. Field work is done by our own in-house specialists and by subcontractors, all under a single quality standard. We manage the maintenance of technical-site networks from one place.
How the company is organised
Management is split into three tracks — operations and field work, technology and training, and customer relations and administration. Operations controls subcontractor quality; the technology unit sets the technical standards.
Our commitments
We work on sites where a mistake is expensive: fuel, electricity, the customer's money. So we have written our commitments as working rules — every one of them can be checked.
Doing business honestly
Every job is recorded in the system, and the customer checks every invoice line by line. We do not pay for access to contracts and we run no payments outside the books. Contractors follow the same rules: a contract, a work order, a photo record.
People
We hire and promote on skill. Equal work earns equal pay. On site, safety comes before schedule: in explosive zones only certified equipment and cleared personnel are allowed to work.
The environment
The best thing a service company can do for the environment around a filling station or tank farm is keep the equipment sound and properly working: a calibrated meter hides no leak, a serviced tank gives off no vapour, and working earthing does not spark. Waste goes only to licensed companies.
