How it works
Network maintenance in one loop
Centralised network maintenance runs on three levels: collecting the data, dispatch and work order management, and taking responsibility for the condition and technical readiness of the site.
The asset register (registration)
A one-off survey; every item of equipment gets a code and a condition rating. The data stays with the customer.
Maintenance management (dispatch)
One intake for every request, each tied to a unit, work orders to contractors, deadline control, and reporting on the same metrics across the whole network.
The condition commitment
ABTS keeps the equipment's unplanned-downtime figure within the agreed limits and delivers a measured result together with the reporting.
Which to choose
Dispatch and work order management fits a customer who has their own resource for repair and routine work and their own contractors, but wants to keep control over the progress, timing and results of the work. Site technical readiness fits a customer ready to hand the provider full responsibility for the work and for the economic performance of their sites and assets. Dispatch and work order management is a component of Site technical readiness. Asset registration is required in both cases.
Your data belongs to you
The asset register and the request log belong to the customer. If the contract ends, they are handed back in machine-readable form within 20 working days.
