ABTS

Site technical readiness

ABTS commits to the technical condition of your sites: the site can dispense fuel, take payment and run non-fuel sales, and equipment downtime never goes past the level you choose. ABTS does the work with its own staff and subcontractors, and the dispatch loop is part of the product.

What this means

You pay for the condition of the site; unplanned downtime is worked out from the request log; the bill of materials is tied to the asset register; and the cost of ownership is calculated every quarter for each site.

Types of work on site

Scheduled and seasonal servicing, servicing during storage, routine and major repairs, and technical diagnostics. A work order is opened against a single unit, and how often it comes round depends on the equipment class.

Readiness levels

Basic (99.0% availability), Standard (99.5%), Enhanced (99.7%), Critical (99.9%).

Remote checks

The customer can run checks without visiting the site. Spot-check the photo records, reconcile the bill of materials against the register, review the daily inspection rounds, recompute the readiness figure from the log, and weigh a site's price against the assets it actually holds.

What is not included

Capital spend and replacing equipment that is simply obsolete, clearing defects that predate the contract, construction work and rebranding, and the metrological calibration that only accredited bodies may perform.

Prerequisite

Registration before the contract is signed, and clearing pre-contract defects before we take a site under commitment.
