ABTS

Dispatch and work order management

ABTS takes on the management layer of network maintenance: round-the-clock intake of requests, triage, raising work orders and passing them to the customer's existing contractors, deadline control, alerts when something slips, keeping the asset register and reporting. The physical work stays with the customer's contractors, and ABTS takes no part in the settlements with them.

What ABTS does

Takes requests on one phone number and one email address and logs them the moment they arrive; sets the type, site, equipment unit and priority; raises a work order and hands it to the performer; tracks the deadline and whether the job is fully closed; flags a missed deadline within the hour; keeps the register; and delivers weekly and monthly reports.

What is not included

Doing the work on site, supplying spare parts and standing behind the repair deadline stay with the customer's contractor.

Service levels

Basic, Standard, Enhanced, Critical — set by intake hours, how fast the dispatch desk responds (from 30 minutes down to 5; emergencies at once), how deep the oversight goes and how often you are reported to.

Prerequisite

The asset register: signing up for dispatch starts with registration.
